Technology Technician to work under the direction of the Technology Director in the following capacity:
- Providing entry-level technical support for computer systems and software
- Repair and maintenance of district Chromebooks and Laptops
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Assisting users with basic IT tasks
- Helping with maintenance and monitoring of network security
- Making sure updates are completed for district hardware and software
- Helping with District IT and Cyber Policies and their implementation and enforcement
- Help with any IT setup and running equipment at District Events
- Assisting and monitoring any District Testing
- Completing work orders utilizing an existing work order system
- Help Desk functions such as fielding faculty phone calls or messages for assistance
- Establish and maintain working relationships with end-users, vendors, and managers
- Regularly exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of other essential job functions.
- Other duties as assigned
